Are electrically heated, winter insulated and have good standards. Cosy terrace with a nice view. The boats are at a floating stage in a small port  by the cabin. Joint fish-cleaning house with electricity and water, and plenty of room to store equipment.

Road all-the-way to the main door and good parking. North facing viewing Høylandsundet and the Kvinnherad mountains. The house may be rented on a daily basis and is therefore independent of the fixed exchange dates.
